Lin is Chairman of TNS Sinotrust. He founded Sinotrust in 1992 and it grew rapidly to become a leading automotive research provider.

With over 23 years of industry experience, Lin has led the growth of China’s marketing research and consulting industry. Widely regarded as a thought leader, his expertise lies in automotive product planning, channel management, brand and marketing strategies, and customer satisfaction and loyalty enhancement.

Lin is an active speaker at numerous auto industry conferences in China. He is also a Commissioner of the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA).
