Johnson is responsible for Standard Operation Procedures and business information.

Johnson has 13 years’ experience in marketing research and consulting as well as extensive experience working on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and channel research.

He has worked on a variety of channel diagnosis projects for leading automotive companies such as Honda, Toyota, Ford, Volkswagen and Audi. In addition, his articles on the domestic car market are regularly published in industry titles.

Johnson obtained his bachelor degree in Economics from Jinan University.
