Guillaume heads up the TNS Automotive practice across the Asia Pacific region.
With ten years of automotive research experience, Guillaume is adept across a wide range of specialisms, from product development to customer satisfaction, brand advertising tracking to pricing and car clinics. He is also an expert in managing multi-client projects across multiple markets.
Guillaume started his market research career in 1993 at a French advertising agency, working for Secodip, Millward Brown and then TNS. Guillaume joined TNS Sofres France in 2003 and was appointed Head of the French Automotive department in 2008. He relocated to Shanghai at the beginning of 2010 and is also a member of TNS Global Automotive Steering Committee.
