Connie has more than 10 years of market research experience, having joined the TNS Shanghai team in 2004. Her focus is on tracking studies such as the Customer Satisfaction Study (CSS) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), as well as the International Aftersales Customer Satisfaction survey (IACS club).
Connie has experience in graphing and marketing, and speaks Chinese and English fluently.
